Terms of Service

A PriorProof Pre-Loss Plan is an annual documentation service. It includes the creation of a Property Condition Record for one rental property, secure storage of that record, and an annual refresh while the plan is active.

PriorProof is not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, law firm, or public adjusting firm. PriorProof does not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, or claim outcomes. Any third-party restoration, adjusting, or legal services are provided independently by the applicable licensed professionals.

Plans renew annually unless cancelled. Pricing is $149 per property per year, with volume pricing available for portfolios of 5+ and 10+ properties.
