PriorProof collects the information you provide when you request a Pre-Loss Plan, such as your name, email address, phone number, and property address, along with the documentation we create for your Property Condition Record.

We use this information to deliver and maintain your Property Condition Record, to communicate with you about your plan, and to connect you with restoration or claims-support resources at your request.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate PriorProof, and where required by law.
